Again, the compensation for the work is highly imbalanced. It's also clear that there are far fewer opportunities for advancement for women and minorities. Finally, the company lacks a coherent mission, vision and values culture. It's culture seems entirely accidental and, thus, patriarchal

I would like to see everyone from warehouse workers to managers paid fairly. I would like to see women and minorities paid the same money for the same work and I would like to see that hard work and promotions actually correlate at the company.
