  • Ugh....no one talks to anyone. Horrible place to work.

  • I've mainly worked remote, but spent a year in one of the offices. It was a nice group of people and most keep to themselves. I've been on site at multiple offices globally and have always felt welcome. Quiet, subdued culture as a whole. The coffee is consistently horrible, but it's always available.

  • There are no positive benefits to working at MPM. Everyone works in silos with very little process or policies in place. It's a free for all with a lot of cut throat behaviours as the company teeters on the brink of a second bankruptcy. If it weren't for the company's sale to Korean Chemical Company, MPM would be out of business. The recent Ransomware attack left the company down for over a month with no ERP, E-Mail, or phones. Does that sound like a healthy environment? Run away as fast as you can.
