What's the office vibe like at Momentive Performance Materials?
Ugh....no one talks to anyone. Horrible place to work.
I've mainly worked remote, but spent a year in one of the offices. It was a nice group of people and most keep to themselves. I've been on site at multiple offices globally and have always felt welcome. Quiet, subdued culture as a whole. The coffee is consistently horrible, but it's always available.

There are no positive benefits to working at MPM. Everyone works in silos with very little process or policies in place. It's a free for all with a lot of cut throat behaviours as the company teeters on the brink of a second bankruptcy. If it weren't for the company's sale to Korean Chemical Company, MPM would be out of business. The recent Ransomware attack left the company down for over a month with no ERP, E-Mail, or phones. Does that sound like a healthy environment? Run away as fast as you can.
