I LOVE it here! It's such a positive, loving, and fun environment. We really live what we preach through our product.

Its been great! There has been some tough patches but everyone in our company is so good at being open about the bad and what we can do together to make it good. We don't shy away from failure. We embrace it and look to grow from it.

I love it at Motivosity. Has there been some struggles? Yes, like every company you are going to have ups and downs, but not at every company are they going to work together to fix it. We have a team that is constantly giving input on how to be better, and how to succeed. We are a team!

I get paid fairly and i can work my way up to get paid more. There is no limit on what i can earn.

They care about you in and out of the office. They also want to help you strive to be the best person you can be!

How close I am with each person and seeing the success of everyone. I also love when someone fails everyone is there to pick them up.

You know everyone and everyone knows you! It's not all about work, work, work. You are also having conversations about life and about your well-being. It's also a super fun atmosphere.

How we always have the best time. We have such a great culture of fun and support. Everyone truly gets along well and looks for times to hang out outside of work.

Being able to help companies realize we can help them! We have a product that can make everyone feel appreciated at work and want to come to work. I know this because we are the guinea pigs of our own product and I love going to work!
