What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about every individual in the company and have a unified, clear goal which they share with everyone to make sure that we are all on board and working together to the same end.

The leadership is dynamic, invested in everyone's progress and development, no matter what department they are in, and heavily involved in the day-to-day operations. I've never felt like the management had anything but everyone's best interest in mind when leading and making decisions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation packages include comprehensive insurance benefits which are really nice and unlimited PTO which is encouraged to be used.

They provide a really comprehensive benefits package with some great coverage options. By way of other compensation packages, Motivosity's platform itself offers a lot of monetary compensation to the employees, and that's on top of a ton of activities, parties, events, etc. provided by the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my team members and coworkers are great people. If anything comes up that I need assistance with, I know they're all there to help out, and that I can count on each one of them to do their part to keep the team running smoothly too.

My team is really close-knit and always ready to jump in and help one another out if needed. They all bring a really good environment to work too, keeping things light and fun most of the time and also able to buckle down and get good work done when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's entire culture and focus is about enhancing an employee's experience at work and they really practice what they preach. They make everyone and their work feel valuable and appreciated, and it goes a long way to making such a productive and positive work environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The two things that I liked most from the interview process were the timing of it all and the genuineness of the questions. They worked quickly and in a timely manner that respected my time as well, they also asked questions that felt like they were really trying to get to know me as a person.

What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can honestly love what I do every day and know that I'm not just an extra body being filled into a role. The opportunity for growth and development is everywhere as well and equal for everyone that wants it and works for it, which is very encouraging to have available.
