What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewers were optimistic and passionate. Obviously love what they do.

Getting to meet the different people I might be interacting with. It was important to get buy in from all of them

The best part was professionalism, leadership and visionary.

I liked being able to meet the team I was going to work with and not just my manager. It was super helpful to understand the dynamic of the team I would be joining.

Interviewers were personable and straight forward.

The welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The interview was more about to get to know each other, nothing like an exam.

Meeting with several leaders during it

I got to meet the owner of the company and was taken seriously from the beginning.

Very straight forward. Great opportunity to meet others at the company and ask questions.

The two things that I liked most from the interview process were the timing of it all and the genuineness of the questions. They worked quickly and in a timely manner that respected my time as well, they also asked questions that felt like they were really trying to get to know me as a person.

For the sales role it was very effective. I interviewed for a different role once and it was a long process that felt over the top and not necessary, but my sales interview process was real nice.

I had an unconventional interview process but I loved that I immediately felt the passion and energy everyone had for Motivosity.
