Two things actually. 1)The level of transparency Levelset has is honestly shocking. It allows us to be not only more attached to the mission, but it also more successful overall 2) The leaders at levelset truly care about me me as a person and my success.
My overall experience has been wonderful
The leadership team is full of smart, driven people who genuinely care about the success of the business and the employees behind the business. Nobody is perfect, but I think our welcome and collaborative culture starts at the top.
One of our core values is to Make Levelset the Most Important Place to Work, and I could not agree more. This company has made it a priority to invest in and grow its employees, and I personally have Levelset to thank for the success of my career.
It's been a wild ride but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
