Employee morale. I've worked here for over 30 years and management has gotten progressively worse over time. It is now JUST a job and a lot of us can see there's no way this company is going to be able to keep up with the competition in the metal industry.

We used to have profit sharing, that was taken away. We don't get any bonus except a couple of times after a new contract was signed and the bonus was to make up for the wage increase they were taking away.
