Really seem to care about doing things right instead of quickly (but both is best). Self-aware enough to recognize their shortcomings in regards to lack of gender diversity in leadership ranks and taking active steps to fix that. CEO seems very approachable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being human and learning decency
Employee morale. I've worked here for over 30 years and management has gotten progressively worse over time. It is now JUST a job and a lot of us can see there's no way this company is going to be able to keep up with the competition in the metal industry.
Listening to employees outside of the corporate office
Showing their faces, interacting with the employees. Respect.
