Employee morale. I've worked here for over 30 years and management has gotten progressively worse over time. It is now JUST a job and a lot of us can see there's no way this company is going to be able to keep up with the competition in the metal industry.

Our thoughts and opinions do not matter. When there is a rapid improvement event the decision of the outcome is already made the employees input is not taken seriously and just pushed to the side. Managment thinks their way is always best and it is a “ do as I say” mentality. Livable w

We used to have profit sharing, that was taken away. We don't get any bonus except a couple of times after a new contract was signed and the bonus was to make up for the wage increase they were taking away. We don't have a pension plan and upper management makes it clear he is there to do his job on

Actual and truthful compassion for the employee(s). The employees used to really matter to this place, atleast seemed too. Now its a what can you do for me, or a scratch my back and Ill scratch yours.

Change management's attitude about the employee and pay attention to what is not getting done in the plant.

Corporate leadership doesn't follow the cultural beliefs it promotes. It is arrogant and out of touch with the manufacturing plants. There is little alignment between Corporate and the plants.
