Overall, Nuna is a place where the mission drives the work. You get to work with peers who are passionate about healthcare and making a difference. There are pitfalls in the structure of how the organization is laid out, and sometimes hard work is unnoticed, but overall Nuna is an exciting place.

The people are an amazing group and our mission is inspiring. Nuna does a really great job of ensuring that there is an environment where people of all walks can collaborate.

They're passionate and driven to make a real difference. They are willing to listen to their people and discuss solutions to problem areas that are both big and small and inside and outside of the company.

The structure is a bit flat. It would be nice to see a bit more management of processes to ensure that hard work is realized and rewarded. It can be tough to go unnoticed when so much sweat equity was spent.
