What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and generous maternity leave.
The package is competitive in the industry and Nuna offers fair RSU package.
There's no 1 piece that's the best - it's the combination of everything that's awesome. there are commuter benefits, a generous health and fitness reimbursement, kombucha and cold brew on tap. Not to mention money/equity. Every aspect of employee life and wellbeing has been taken into consideration.
Quite competitive with compensation at much larger tech companies. I was pleasantly surprised at this.
