Mr. Jeffrey L. Knight is the Chief Legal Counsel and Executive Vice President at Old National Bancorp. since December 2004 and also serves as its Company Secretary. Mr. James A. Sandgren, also known as Jim, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Old National Bancorp since May 12, 2016. Mr. Sandgren serves as the Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President at Old National Bank. Mr. Sandgren served as Chief Banking Officer of Old National Bancorp. since June 6, 2014 and its Executive Vice President since May 2007 until May 12, 2016. Mr. Sandgren served as the Chief Executive Officer of Southern Region at Old National Bank from 2007 to June 6, 2014. He has been with Old National Bank since 1992 and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Southern Division Chief Credit Officer. He serves as Director of St. Mary's Health Inc. He holds the Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association. Mr. Sandgren serves on the board for the YMCA, Junior Achievement, American Red Cross, University of Southern Indiana Foundation, Chamber of Commerce of Southerwest Indiana, Evansville Country Club and St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Board. Mr. Sandgren has been with Old National Bank for 15 years and most recently served as its Executive Vice President of Southern Division Chief Credit Officer.

Mr. Daryl D. Moore has been the Chief Credit Executive and Senior Executive Vice President of Old National Bancorp since May 12, 2016. Mr. Moore is the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President at Old National Bank. Mr. Moore served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Old National Bancorp. since January 25, 2001 until May 12, 2016. Christopher A. Wolking was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old National Bancorp (the 'Company'). He was Senior Vice President of the Company from 2001 to January 2005 and Vice President of the Company from 1999 to 2001 and was a Treasurer of the Company from 1999 to January 2005.

Ms. Sherry Meeks has been a Senior Vice President and Operational Risk Director at Old National Bancorp. since April 2014. Ms. Meeks served as Fraud Manager of Old National Bancorp. from 2011 to May 5, 2014. In 2009, Ms. Meeks joined Old National as Information Security Manager after initially serving the Old National in a variety of auditing and analysis roles from 1987 to 1995. She also served as Internal Audit Manager for Integra Bank from 2006 to 2009. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Southern Indiana and completed the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management in 2009. She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Ms. Kathy A. Schoettlin serves as an Chief Community Relations & Social Responsibility Officer and Executive Vice President of Communications at Old National BanCorp. Ms. Schoettlin serves as Executive Vice President of Communications at ONB Insurance Group, Inc. She serves as Chief Community Relations & Social Responsibility Officer and Executive VP of Communications at Old National Bank. Ms. Schoettlin served as the Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President at Old National BanCorp. Ms. Schoettlin served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Vice President of Public Relations and Director of Public Relations at Old National Bancorp. Ms. Schoettlin served for 15 years as Public Relations Director at the Southwestern Indiana Chapter of the American Red Cross. Ms. Schoettlin serves as a board member for the Lampion Center, Indiana Youth Institute, Public Education Foundation, Mesker Park Zoo and Southerwestern Indiana Mental Health Center. Mr. Brendon Falconer has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Old National Bancorp since December 5, 2016. Mr. Falconer, who leads Old National's Loss Share and Credit Management Information System areas. Mr. Falconer joined Old National's Evansville Finance team as Bank Controller in 2009. He has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry in a number of accounting- and finance-related roles. Mr. Falconer earned his bachelor's degree from Kent State University and his MBA from Indiana State University.

Mr. Mark T. Gorski has been Senior Vice President and Director of Finance at Old National Bancorp since December 5, 2016. Mr. Gorski also takes on additional responsibilities for Corporate Accounting, Tax and Facilities at Old National Bancorp. He has more than 30 total years of financial industry experience. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Indiana Community BanCorp. (formerly Home Federal Bancorp) since July 1, 2005 and June 6, 2005 respectively. Mr. Gorski served as Secretary of Indiana Community BanCorp. and served as its Treasurer since July 1, 2005. He served as the Chief Financial officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Indiana Bank and Trust Company. He spent a total of eight years at Fifth Third Bank in a variety of positions including its Chief Financial Officer of Central Indiana affiliate for five years. He served as Senior Vice President of Private Client Services of Home Federal Bancorp. In this capacity, he was responsible for directing business development and client service delivery for private banking, personal trust and advisory services. Prior to Fifth Third, Mr. Gorski served as Senior Manager at Crowe Chizek for eleven years. He served as Co-Chief Financial Officer of Indiana Community BanCorp. from June 6, 2005 to July 1, 2005. He worked exclusively in the financial institutions practice, providing audit, tax and business consulting services to community banks and savings banks in the Midwest. He served as Director of Private Client Services of Home Federal Bancorp. He is also a Member of the AICPA and Indiana CPA Society. Mr. Gorski is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned his BS in Accounting. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
