Very basic. The majority of our employees are field based, therefore we have not typically had a formal intern program. We are working on a small program going forward.

The office I work at has employees with more integrity than I have experienced in the past. An example is if you drop something or forget it in the break room it will be waiting for you to retrieve it as opposed to finding a new home.

I make less than my previous company but my commute is much less so it balances out.

My hours vary. I work a 6 days on and 3 days off rotating schedule with 8 hour days during the week and 12 hour shifts on the weekends and holidays.
