My rig managers all know what theyre rlaking about and arent afraid to get their hands dirty

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
putting people who have a WINNING track record in charge of divisions, not people who led their division into bankruptcy.
They only care about the BigWig People everyone else is non existent , they do not care about the people who work on these rigs!!!!!!!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay that is closer to what the guys in the field make
because i was making over $1 more an hour at the company i was laid from
Salaries should be higher paid based on work experience a d time with company. Also safety rewards should be given as cash instead of clothing you will never wear and or plaques you don't want and other useless things. Also give out Christmas Appreciation and Seniority Bonuses. And lots more!!!

Engaged and knowledgeable professionals that care about the team
Work hard help each other ,but most became a family away from home
We work really well together but its like working eith children sometimes

Get smarter people who actually listen
my direct co-workers are fine it is our peripheral management that needs to be effective.
Co-workers are fine we work together well and do what needs to be done. The safety meetings and tests only serve to make everyone paranoid about losing their jobs, especially the older ones who struggle to get it on paper. They know what to do and they do it well, but testing is a problem for them!!

ability to make a difference
They have a strong safety culture
They actually try to fulfill most of their promises
that it is a safe haven for the misfits of society
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I mean, it just cones down to people, bit the management is annoying and dont stay on top of taking care of employees paperwork and training
