Having worked for 4 different companies in this field, they seem to have a little more integrity than at least 3 of my previous companies. Mostly they are about the same as the others in my experience.

How long do the interviews usually take at Patterson-UTI Energy?
It depends on the position that you are interviewing for, entry level field positions usually take about 15 to 20 minuets. Other positions take longer. My interview took almost an hour because I was interviewing for a more experienced position that requires more in depth screening.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Patterson-UTI Energy?
Being a large corporation it does take time to get through the process and the paperwork is extensive ( close to 30 pages). Overall it was a good experience.
What should I wear for an interview at Patterson-UTI Energy?
Depends on the position that you are applying for. I would personally wear a shirt and tie (for men) regardless, but if applying for a field position I would recommend nice jeans and a collared shirt at minimum.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Patterson-UTI Energy?
I met with the HR rep., the facility manager, and the frac manager. I heard back with ya few days but already knew I was going to be hired because I previously worked with the HR rep.
