Mr. Christopher J. Bub, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Peak Resorts, Inc. since August 1, 2016. Mr. Bub has been the Chief Financial Officer of Peak Resorts, Inc. since October 3, 2017. He served as Corporate Controller at Peak Resorts, Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Bub is responsible for the closing and reporting processes. Mr. Bub worked for Nortek Global HVAC (formally NORDYNE LLC), a subsidiary of Nortek, Inc., from February 2007 to May 2015. As Senior Director of Finance for North American operations from October 2014 to May 2015 and was responsible for the closing and reporting, control structure and operational accounting for the $500+ million subsidiary and helped to lead integration efforts associated with two acquisitions. From December 2012 to October 2014, Mr. Bub served as Corporate Controller of Nortek Global HVAC with responsibilities that included financial reporting, planning and forecasting, cost accounting, credit management, internal controls and strategic financial analysis. From January 2009 to December 2012, Mr. Bub served as Assistant Corporate Controller of Nortek Global HVAC, a position which included responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management and cash flow analysis. In his 15-year career, he has held a variety of managerial and leadership positions with companies like The Boeing Company and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant. He earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy degrees at the University of Missouri.

Mr. Richard K. Deutsch serves as Vice President of Business and Real Estate Development and Director of Peak Resorts, Inc. Mr. Deutsch is responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, identifying and evaluating acquisition targets in both real estate development and other potential growth opportunities.

Mr. Stephen J. Mueller, also known as Steve, has been an Executive Vice President of Peak Resorts, Inc. since October 3, 2017. Mr. Mueller served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Vice President of Peak Resorts, Inc. since 2001 until October 3, 2017 and served as its principal financial and accounting officer. Mr. Mueller is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the operations. Mr. Mueller was a Shareholder with a firm of Certified Public Accountants that he founded in 1991. He has also served as a Partner at Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP) and as Chief Financial Officer of an environmental services firm. While in public accounting, Mr. Mueller served a wide variety of clients in construction, service and recreation activities. Mr. Mueller has been a Director of Peak Resorts, Inc. since 2001. Mr. Mueller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Louis University.

Brendan Ryan serves as the VP of Projects for Peak Resorts, Inc.. Brendan started at Peak Resorts, Inc. in June of 2016. Brendan is based in the Glens Falls, New York Area.

Elia Hamilton serves as the VP Terrain Development for Peak Resorts, Inc.. Elia started at Peak Resorts, Inc. in December of 2017. Elia is based in the Glens Falls, New York Area.

Christopher Bub serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Peak Resorts, Inc.. Christopher started at Peak Resorts, Inc. in October of 2017. Christopher is based in the Greater St. Louis Area.

Michael Chase serves as the Vice President of Information Technology of Peak Resorts. Michael currently resides in the Glens Falls, New York Area.
