Our campers! Getting to work with the girls is so fun, they're bright and interested in high level concepts. It's so fun to see them grow throughout each summer and be a part of introducing them to new fields (especially when they're in my major)
Childcare can have a special environment, from having a million girls deciding to scream at once to trying to wake them up in early mornings. But the teams at the company always have positive energy and bond over every temper tantrum.
