What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't just focus on experience but included a lot about my attitudes towards both girls and STEM. I think it really helped with recruiting a great staff that I had a lot in common with
What makes you most happy at work?
Our campers! Getting to work with the girls is so fun, they're bright and interested in high level concepts. It's so fun to see them grow throughout each summer and be a part of introducing them to new fields (especially when they're in my major)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Childcare can have a special environment, from having a million girls deciding to scream at once to trying to wake them up in early mornings. But the teams at the company always have positive energy and bond over every temper tantrum.
