I have only been at PS for a short time but I'm excited to be part of such a caring and kind company that values hard work and dedication. I feel appreciated and believe the work I am doing everyday helps the overall success of the company.
reps have very poor attitude, got treated like they were paying for rent space, that attitude came from regional representative at cooke rd facility on 11/16/23.
My ubit was broken into and I was not notified for 5 months. Apparantly I was informed by the District manager Cody White that they cannot legally inform me via text or email if my unit is broken into. There was also no compensation for the months ive paid unaware of the incident that happened.
There is a problem, but no one to solve it.

Poor Service Never occupied unit highway 9 loris sc took my 193 dollars plus 27+ administration fee. Poor Customer Service was told I would be refunded Do Not Use Public Storage

Jersey City, NJ 07302. It has been broken for over a month. No one has done anything about it. There is no street parking available
