No employee appreciation and certainly not satisfied. That’s why we have so much turnover

There is zero energy in the office and the energy our manager attempts to create, he does in a forceful manner, keeping us basically chained to our desks and treating it like it’s a job at a call center. There are no frills, no snacks, our “lunch and learns” are “bring your own lunch”
