The cut throat by the manages seems to be very good at as far as I am concern but the older persons that work at Texas American better look for some retirement early or not!

This company is very focused on the employees and agents who work for it. I have worked for other Fortune 100 companies and Realogy/Anywhere by far outshines the others in terms of caring about their employees, always looking for ways to expand, stretch and improve us and giving us opportunities.
