Good diversity across the entire organization.
What's the office layout like at Realogy?
Varied because we support Real Estate offices from coast to coast.

There is a good merit based bonus system for managers and above.
What's the IT team like at Realogy?
Large but organized well.
How's the leadership on the IT team at Realogy?
Much better than many other places I've worked, it's a large organization so it's not perfect. I'm happy and feel secure in the leadership team.
What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Realogy? How many hours are you working?
Great vibe, great bunch of people to work with but it can seem departmentalized at times. Work hours can be flexible and taking time off is encouraged.

What's the company culture like at Realogy?
Teamwork has always been essential here and everyone is on board. I've worked with most of the same people for 10 years with new additions to staff throughout that time. People stay.
