Patrick Sheaffer is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Riverview Bancorp Inc. (the ???Company???) and Chief Executive Officer of Riverview Community Bank. He became Chairman of the Board in 1993. He has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception in 1997. Mr. Sheaffer is active in numerous professional and civic organizations.

Mr. David Lam has been Chief Financial Officer of Riverview Bancorp, Inc. and Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA) since July 27, 2017. Mr. Lam has been Senior Vice President of Riverview Bancorp, Inc. since July 27, 2017 and Riverview Community Bank since October 2, 2013. Mr. Kim J. Capeloto has been Chief Banking Officer of Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA) and Riverview Bancorp Inc. since July 27, 2017. Mr. Capeloto has been Executive Vice President at Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA) and Riverview Bancorp Inc. since August 2010. He served as Chief Retail Banking Officer at Riverview Bancorp Inc. until July 27, 2017. Mr. Capeloto served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing & Operations at Riverview BanCorp Inc and served as its Executive Vice President of Marketing, Operations and Information Technology. Mr. Capeloto has more than 30 years of financial industry experience and a strong connection to the Clark County community to Riverview. As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Operations, he manages the public relations, operations and technology functions of Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA). Previously, he was a Greater Vancouver Chamber President and board member for many community organizations, including Identity Clark County, Fort Vancouver National Trust, Southwest Washington Humane Society, Junior Achievement and the School of Piano Technology for the Blind. He served as a Director of Data Center Inc.

Mr. Lycklama has been an Executive Vice President of Riverview BanCorp Inc. and its subsidiary Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA) since February 2009. Mr. Lycklama served as Chief Financial Officer of Riverview BanCorp Inc. and Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA) from February 2009 to July 27, 2017. He served as a Senior Vice President of Riverview BanCorp. Inc. and Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA)since February 2008 and also served as its Controller. He has been employed by Riverview Community Bank (Vancouver, WA) since 2006 and previously served as its Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining Riverview, he served as an Audit Manager of an Oregon CPA firm. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oregon Society of CPA's and a Member of the Financial Managers Society. Mr. Lycklama holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University Vancouver. He is an Oregon Certified Public Accountant.
