Patrick Sheaffer is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Riverview Bancorp Inc. (the ???Company???) and Chief Executive Officer of Riverview Community Bank. Prior to joining Riverview, he served as an Audit Manager of an Oregon CPA firm. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oregon Society of CPA's and a Member of the Financial Managers Society. Mr. Lycklama holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University Vancouver. He is an Oregon Certified Public Accountant.
