I have ASD. Management staff comes across as unhelpful, pushy and makes me feel unwelcome at work. I don't know if I have a job week to week and feel they discriminate against me for my disability. Would love healthcare and schedule posted 2 weeks in advance so I may plan my schedule better. I have had to cancel and push back therapy sessions because of lack of communication from management
