I have learned consistency and a good work ethic

I have ASD. Management staff comes across as unhelpful, pushy and makes me feel unwelcome at work. I don't know if I have a job week to week and feel they discriminate against me for my disability. People often don't engage with me or seem to be talking to each other negatively about me.Noah Potratz

Great place to learn how to become a team member and there is opportunity for growth

im happy to go to work and the poeple i work with help me continue to learn so i can grow and move up in the company

They are attentive and encouraging

I like and appreciate how understanding my manager is and how willing he is to work with me to help me be successful

Management, AM leaves on company time, treats empolyees poorly, and releases private information.

Would love healthcare and schedule posted 2 weeks in advance so I may plan my schedule better. I have had to cancel and push back therapy sessions because of lack of communication from management

I'm not really sure, we aren't ever talked to about it or openly givin an opportunity to use them.

Best part is insurance benefits

I have the ability to get paid overtime/pick up extra hours and i like that

We are understaffed and underpaid

Better pay, better management, improved GM and DM

Workers aren't paid enough or given enough hours for benefits.

Some of them understand the concept of pace of learning and importance of employee well being, but i cant say that it is the majority of them.

they are hard workers and they provide the best even at all times.

They are good at communicating

everyone works together to help eachother out and have the store run smoothly

Work harder, commincate, and treated fairly

Staff cares more about speed than staff training.

Staff needs to need to be held accountable. People with poor work ethic do not receive repurcutions. But people with good work quality have one misstake and its a write up. Mamagement needs to defend staff. Lots of verbal abuse and almost phyical altercations started by guest, managers dont care

The environment and the fact that I simply have a job, though more hours are needed
