Mr. Scott J. Lynn has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. since January 2013. From August 2003 to January 2013, Mr. Lynn served as Ryman Hospitality Properties's Associate General Counsel. From May 2002 to August 2003, He served as Senior Counsel at Progeny Marketing Innovations, a Subsidiary of Cendant Corporation. From August 1998 to May 2002, Mr. Lynn was an Associate at Stokes & Bartholomew, P.A. Mr. Lynn is a Graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law and Tennessee Technological University.

Mr. Patrick Chaffin has been Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (alternate name Gaylord Entertainment Co.) since January 2013 and served as its Vice President of Strategic Planning & Investor Relations. Mr. Chaffin's primary focus is oversight of the resort and convention center assets comprising the Gaylord Hotels brand. From January 2007 to December 2012, he led the strategic planning, operations analysis and investor relations functions for Gaylord Entertainment. Prior to its sale in June 2007, he served as the Head of Finance at ResortQuest International, formerly a division of Gaylord Entertainment. Prior to joining Gaylord Entertainment in January 2005, Mr. Chaffin worked for General Motors Corporation for 9 years serving in a variety of corporate and manufacturing positions. Mr. Chaffin earned a B.S. degree from Lipscomb University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Bennett D. Westbrook has been an Executive Vice President of Development and Design & Construction at Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (alternate name, Gaylord Entertainment Co.) since June 2016 and serves as its Chief Development Officer. Mr. Westbrook served as Senior Vice President of Investments and Design & Construction at Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. until July 5, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Development and Design & Construction. Mr. Westbrook leads Gaylord Entertainment's development efforts on new resort hotel and convention center projects and other real estate and investment-related projects. He joined Gaylord Entertainment Company in October 2001 from Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., a public company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nev. He served as corporate director of development, leading Harrah's Entertainment's development department on new casino and hotel projects, expansions, business negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions. From 1994 to 1997, he served with Harrah's Entertainment in Memphis, Tenn. as the Director of Development. Mr. Westbrook also served as regional real estate manager for Federated Department Stores in Cincinnati from 1997 to 2000. He handled the real estate business of Federated's Stern's Department Store division in the metro New York City area and Aeropostale specialty store division. He serves on an Advisory Board of Youth About Business and was a board member of the Nashville Zoo. He was also a participant in the 2006 Leadership Nashville class. In 1994, Mr. Westbrook received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt in 1989 in Political Science.
