
My core team works very well together and freely communicates and assist one another when the need arises.
The company does seem to try hard to promote from within and added Department level the management team does seem to try to reward employees for hard work with things such as catered meals or sending the candy cart through on a particularly stressful day or allowing for jeans days.

Communication with the Teams at an individual level, as well as communication between departments company-wide. Too often, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, and it leaves and employees hanging in the middle at a loss for what to do.
Though my salary is high for the type of job in my locality, my frustration is due to the fact that the company has changed the pay scale, and is hiring new employees at a higher rate of pay then what the existing employees are making. Disheartening for new employees to make more than tenured.
