A culture of fear. One is punished for disagreeing. Some coworkers are talented but browbeat by management.

Leadership team does not know what they are doing and CEO and CMO are particularity clueless and overwork everyone. They do not trust their employees either and micromanage while being unable to make decisions. No actual leadership. The board is highly dysfunctional.
