There workers are amazing! Awesome

What can this brand most improve?

The food started out fresh and hot.... now the wings are so small and dry, they are unedible.... the employees are I knowledgeable and uninterested in keeping the restaurant clean and the drinks full... i have stopped going since the quality is down and the prices are up.
