What do you like best about the leadership team?
they actually listen to their employees
They get on us a lot but it’s for the better go
How we are all very close with one another

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more organized, communicate more, and respectful to not only customers but their staff.
HR investigations, training new team members, appreciating team members
So the manager told me to leave and when I went to work the next day they said I went out and left my crew members but it did not they were putting money over the workers for 10 minutes they fired me
Communication and actually show that they care about the people they hire. No one should have to constantly wait on management to contact they to see if they still have job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health , compensation and paid time off
The food is the best part
Paid fairly and ability to work at my own pace and take time as needed for family and friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I do way more then anybody that works there and I be on time every morning , I never miss not 1 day ever since I work there.
For being treated as you should be created for the work that you do
I never got a schedule as i was told i would. I didn't get paid for my training and they short me one day's pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
awesome group well grounded and down the earth
My coworkers and 2 out of the 3 managers
Everyone is great we do have former prisoners but they’re co
I love the people i work with. The work environment alone is what makes me want to stay despite the low pay.
People are amazing and helpful. That go out of there way to make sure things are done correctly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of them are a little mean. There's this girl and she says how she wants to fight everyone and cusses everyone out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pretty fun and enjoyable to work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to hire people with nice personalities
What did you like most about the interview process?
Applied online one night, interviewed the next morning and worked the day after the interview, it was great nice and smooth process
How quick and simple the whole process is
I got the job but its not what i thought it would be
It was constructive and not invasive

How they want to grow the company how they were better than company instead of giving them a interview right away without any information

The growth and constant improvement

Workers being high not doing proper sanitation putting working money over coworkers
