Outside of call center (which is normal) - soothe has a really strong morale. There is a solid work/life balance and opportunities for mentorship.

The work life balance is good. It is a grind as a startup and we work long hours when necessary to ensure success, but we also have good flexibility with our schedules and unlimited PTO to ensure that you have a good balance
