What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our CEO is a 'real' person who cares a lot about all of the people involved in making this company what it is, from the contractors right through to the exec level management. I love culture and inclusive nature they have created within the company. They are also very approachable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$19.00 per hour is a bit low
Always out of the loop, no proper structure before major changes. Paid fairly depending what city an employee resides. Although someone can "pick" where they live, not everyone has the privilege to be treated with respect in small town.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO has a great sense of humour as well as a very caring disposition. I believe this emanates throughout the company and creates the positive and inclusive environment.

Very positive and helpful company
Well the company is fully remote but when we meet everyone is very positive and supportive. I feel like everyone on my team is accepted for who they are.
