Calling restaurants back on important issues that matters to the business. Everybody passed the buck and no one owns up to mistakes made on the company behalf.
Not much considering everyone seems to like to stab others in the back.
Job is not as advertised. They do not pay a livable wage, the management and HR are incompetent and condescending, and they do not care about the employees as individuals. They expect you to do the most but do not compensate appropriately or show any kind of appreciation. Extremely toxic environment
