Good team to work for.
They listen and react fast.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm
Trust the people you hire to carry out their roles; Being micromanaged will not lead to your employees succeeding, in fact, quite the opposite; they will seek employment elsewhere where they are fulfilled. Also, stop throwing so much responsibility on the managers... employees have no resource
Their ability to "sell" the firm
The leadership team needs to be replaced entirely, by people who know how to lead with empathy and respect. The current leaders use interpersonal competition to motivate employees to get numbers up, and threaten when they don't hit their numbers.
Focus on attainable objectives. Grow a profitable company as opposed to pulling together a bunch of acquisitions and tying them together like liferafts in the hopes they can be seen by a company to make an acquisition.
Actually showing leadership its terrible most of our calls were always numbers driven

Well, if I hadn't been cut, I think they need to ensure that their talent is paid fairly.
I was told a number during my interview from my area sales manager and was offered a completely different number afterwards.

Not much considering everyone seems to like to stab others in the back.
the team members all interact fluently
Great and caring people that push me to be my best self and show up every day
haven't gotten to know them yet
We're all here for each other, working with each other as a group and rooting for each other, even though on a basic level we're also all competitors with each other... Now that's a unique way of doing business!
Trust no one, no matter how nice they seem.
have some motivation to work by getting paid more
free breakfast every other day
openness and willing to teach and train
How much my colleagues and my bosses are all so supportive of me!
Excellent communication and great mood
Friendly and willing to help. Open door policy for all upper management.
A reality check. Can't be everything to everyone. And don't ask sales to sneak things by customers.
The corporate office is filled with long tenured employees who know the company is shit and found jobs to insulate them from the problems running rampant throughout the company.
Honesty, integrity, commitment to employees
overhaul of pay structure based on cost of living by region
The interview process was not so much an interview, more like a test to show what you are capable of as far as programming. I preferred this method of interview.
Timeliness and respect of my time, knowing I was actively looking for a new employer.
Very straightforward and streamlined process
presice filter con congruent words to contract
very positive experience i was valued
There is no structure or strategy to hiring at SpotOn. If you aren't a referral or a past co-worker of someone in leadership you sadly will find yourself in the most non-inclusive, sink or swim, mafia-esque working conditions of your life. If you're from the payments industry you know what I'm sayin
Being able to work with my co workers
Review from Sales Dept
The ability to help business owners in my community.
Being able to meet and interact and help prospects
payday is the onlly thing to look forward to
Helping others achieve a goal and learn in the process
Crucial steps of the implementation process are being skipped, because management thinks it will boost numbers and make them look good. This is causing our workload to double, because nothing is done right the first time
The company ran before it could walk. The software was an incomplete value proposition anywhere outside the acquired pieces.
Start with their own employees
all they are after is the money that comes from credit card processing
