Friendly and willing to help. Open door policy for all upper management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A reality check. Can't be everything to everyone. And don't ask sales to sneak things by customers.

The corporate office is filled with long tenured employees who know the company is shit and found jobs to insulate them from the problems running rampant throughout the company.
