What are some of the best things about your team?Not much considering everyone seems to like to stab others in the back.
What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was not so much an interview, more like a test to show what you are capable of as far as programming. I preferred this method of interview.
What makes you most happy at work?Being able to work with my co workers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Crucial steps of the implementation process are being skipped, because management thinks it will boost numbers and make them look good. This is causing our workload to double, because nothing is done right the first time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to be replaced entirely, by people who know how to lead with empathy and respect. The current leaders use interpersonal competition to motivate employees to get numbers up, and threaten when they don't hit their numbers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Trust no one, no matter how nice they seem.
