The leadership team needs to be replaced entirely, by people who know how to lead with empathy and respect. The current leaders use interpersonal competition to motivate employees to get numbers up, and threaten when they don't hit their numbers.

Focus on attainable objectives. Grow a profitable company as opposed to pulling together a bunch of acquisitions and tying them together like liferafts in the hopes they can be seen by a company to make an acquisition.

Well, if I hadn't been cut, I think they need to ensure that their talent is paid fairly.

Crucial steps of the implementation process are being skipped, because management thinks it will boost numbers and make them look good. This is causing our workload to double, because nothing is done right the first time

The company ran before it could walk. The software was an incomplete value proposition anywhere outside the acquired pieces.
