What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was not so much an interview, more like a test to show what you are capable of as far as programming. I preferred this method of interview.

There is no structure or strategy to hiring at SpotOn. If you aren't a referral or a past co-worker of someone in leadership you sadly will find yourself in the most non-inclusive, sink or swim, mafia-esque working conditions of your life.
