Job is not as advertised. They do not pay a livable wage, the management and HR are incompetent and condescending, and they do not care about the employees as individuals. They expect you to do the most but do not compensate appropriately or show any kind of appreciation. Extremely toxic environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was not so much an interview, more like a test to show what you are capable of as far as programming. I preferred this method of interview.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Crucial steps of the implementation process are being skipped, because management thinks it will boost numbers and make them look good. This is causing our workload to double, because nothing is done right the first time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be replaced entirely, by people who know how to lead with empathy and respect. The current leaders use interpersonal competition to motivate employees to get numbers up, and threaten when they don't hit their numbers.
