What does the leadership team need to get better at?

BY FAR the worst company I've ever worked for. All the "leadership" cares about is making more money for themselves and they will cheat you (the employee, merchant, customer) any/every chance they can.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There is no structure or strategy to hiring at SpotOn. If you aren't a referral or a past co-worker of someone in leadership you sadly will find yourself in the most non-inclusive, sink or swim, mafia-esque working conditions of your life.
