Great pay and great place to succeed
The swing shift takes a bit of adjusting to, but the pay and benefits make it all worth it. Even the lowest paying production job will have you taking home an average of $700/week. Healthcare kicks in after 90 days. Family like atmosphere. 4 days off every week. Whats not to love? Work hard, get $$.
