Every one is paid on incentive, meaning a large sum of your potential income depends on success. This has proven here to be very lucrative. They also contribute a large sum annually to your 401k with profit sharing. You could likely retire after your career here from those contributions alone.
The bonuses and the stock options
I believe all aspects from our Wages and Bonuses, Profit Sharing and 401k match, Insurance and Education benefits are all equally (The Best Part)

Absolutely the focus on safety and the way this company values it's employees and their families. The same way we take care of our employees at work, regarding their safety, we want to support their families at home through family events, good benefits, bonuses, free flu shots and biometrics, etc.
The yearly pay is the best part
Advancment is encouraged and using company benefits is encouraged
I would have to say the open door policy
Everyone has a similar mindset and that is to keep the ball rolling so we all make more money. Its like a well ouled machine. Everyone knows what theyre supposed to do and they do it well.
Nothing needs to be changed.
It was a typical process
The exam for accounting knowledge
I interviewed with multiple faces of management
I liked that there was leadership from multiple departments. SDI isn't just going to look at you for one job. If you have things in your resume that seem fitting for other departments other than the one you applied for, theyre going to give you a chance at all of them.
The company wants to make sure you fit the culture they have built.

Probably the knowledge that I was recognized for my efforts, and have been allowed to take on more responsibility than I ever thought. I didn't think I'd be this successful at this age, but someone here saw it in me, and they thought I could, and continuously my leadership has let me to prove it.
