Mr. David M. Katz serves as partner at Sterling Equities. Mr. Katz joined the firm in 1987 and previously served as Executive Vice President. Mr. Katz has developed commercial and residential properties, overseen condominium conversions and evaluates acquisition opportunities. He also presides over Sterling's non-real estate affiliate company Changing World Technologies (CWT), where he sits as a Board member. Mr. Katz also sits on the Board of Renewable Environmental Solutions, a partnership of CWT and ConAgra Foods that is focused on deploying the TDP in the agricultural market. Mr. Thomas Osterman is an Executive Vice President and Member of the Investment Committee at Sterling American Property Inc. Mr. Osterman currently serves as Partner at Sterling Equities. Mr. Osterman joined the firm in 1975 and previously served as Executive Vice President at the firm.He has the primary responsibility for the repositioning and strategic management of Sterling American Funds' assets as well as the assets in Sterling Equities' directly held portfolios. He has overseen the development and construction of 1.6 million square feet of commercial and residential properties in Manhattan and served as the Chief Executive Officer for Sterling's out-of-state real estate profit-centers. Mr. Osterman is a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Mets. He is also a trustee of Phipps Houses and a director on the board of the Housing Partnership and participates in and is a board member of numerous civic and philanthropic organizations. He is a Beyer, Mellon and Rockefeller Fellow. Mr. Osterman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and holds a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

He has been involved in the negotiation, acquisition, asset management and disposition of over $3 billion of real estate and real estate related assets and with the formation of four of the five Sterling American Funds. Prior to Sterling, Mr. Patolia was a Technical Analyst in New York and was a practicing architect and developer for companies he founded in his native India. Mr. Patolia received an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and a bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from CEPT in Ahmedabad, India.
