Mr. David M. Katz serves as partner at Sterling Equities. Mr. Katz joined the firm in 1987 and previously served as Executive Vice President. Mr. Katz has developed commercial and residential properties, overseen condominium conversions and evaluates acquisition opportunities. He also presides over Sterling's non-real estate affiliate company Changing World Technologies (CWT), where he sits as a Board member. Mr. Katz also sits on the Board of Renewable Environmental Solutions, a partnership of CWT and ConAgra Foods that is focused on deploying the TDP in the agricultural market. He is a Board member of the New York Mets. He is President of the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds, and a trustee of the Northwell Health System, Inc. Mr. Katz received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hofstra University.

Mr. Thomas Osterman is an Executive Vice President and Member of the Investment Committee at Sterling American Property Inc. Mr. Osterman currently serves as Partner at Sterling Equities. Mr. Osterman joined the firm in 1975 and previously served as Executive Vice President at the firm.He has the primary responsibility for the repositioning and strategic management of Sterling American Funds' assets as well as the assets in Sterling Equities' directly held portfolios. He has overseen the development and construction of 1.6 million square feet of commercial and residential properties in Manhattan and served as the Chief Executive Officer for Sterling's out-of-state real estate profit-centers. Mr. Osterman is a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Mets. He is also a trustee of Phipps Houses and a director on the board of the Housing Partnership and participates in and is a board member of numerous civic and philanthropic organizations. He is a Beyer, Mellon and Rockefeller Fellow. Mr. Osterman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and holds a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Mark Peskin is the Chief Financial Officer at Sterling American Property Inc. Mr. Peskin is also the Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Equities and The New York Metropolitan Baseball Club Inc. Mr. Peskin previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Art Capital Group. From 1984 to 2001 he was a Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Schroder Real Estate Associates. Mr. Peskin's background also includes ten years as a Senior Audit Manager and Director of Personnel for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a qualified C.P.A. Mr. Peskin holds a M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York.

Mr. Tarak Patolia is the Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Sterling American Property Inc. Mr. Patolia also serves as Chief Investment Officer of Sterling Equities. He specializes in West Coast residential and commercial property. Mr. Patolia joined Sterling in 1994. He has been involved in the negotiation, acquisition, asset management and disposition of over $3 billion of real estate and real estate related assets and with the formation of four of the five Sterling American Funds. Prior to Sterling, Mr. Patolia was a Technical Analyst in New York and was a practicing architect and developer for companies he founded in his native India. Mr. Patolia received an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and a bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from CEPT in Ahmedabad, India.

Mr. Marvin B. Tepper is a Partner at Sterling Equities. He has over 30 years of experience in legal, finance, tax, and investment matters. Prior to Sterling, Mr. Tepper was a Senior Partner in a New York law firm where he built an extensive practice in real estate, corporate, and commercial matters. He served as Secretary of PathoGenesis Corporation. Mr. Tepper is the Chairman of the Board of Zoning and Appeals of the Village of Sands Point and participates in various other civic and philanthropic organizations. He is a Member of the Investment Committee at Sterling American Property Inc. Mr. Tepper received a law degree from NYU's School of Law and an A.B. degree from New York University.

Kindi Mann serves as the Vice President of Sterling Equities. Kindi started at Sterling Equities in April of 2006. Kindi currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Robert Bergman serves as the Senior Vice President-Asset Management of Sterling Equities. Robert currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
