Mr. Paul Van Ostenbridge has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Stewardship Financial Corp. since 1997. Ms. Chadwick has been the Chief Financial Officer at Stewardship Financial Corp. and Atlantic Stewardship Bank since August 4, 2008. Ms. Chadwick also served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Stewardship Financial Corp. and Atlantic Stewardship Bank. She served as Senior Vice President of Stewardship Financial Corp. and Atlantic Stewardship Bank since September 2008. Ms. Chadwick served as a Senior Executive Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Controller of PennFed Financial Services Inc. She joined Penn Federal Savings Bank in 1994 and served as its Senior Vice President and Controller since 1999. She also served as Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of Penn Federal Savings Bank. She was responsible for the financial affairs of Penn Federal Savings Bank, which include financial and tax accounting and reporting, budgeting and investor relations. She served as Executive Vice President of PennFed Financial Services Inc. Ms. Chadwick served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Penn Federal Savings Bank, a subsidiary of PennFed Financial Services Inc., in 2002. She was responsible for the financial affairs of Penn Federal Savings Bank, which include financial and tax accounting and reporting, budgeting and investor relations. She is a member of AICPA. Ms. Chadwick holds a B.S. in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Mr. William S. Clement has been Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Stewardship Financial Corp since February 2017 and December 08, 2015 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President since December 8, 2015. Mr. Clement served as Senior Vice President and Director of C&I Lending for Kearny Bank from February 2014 to December 2015. He worked for the Provident Bank as First Vice President and Team Leader from 2005 to February 2014. He has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry, primarily in commercial lending with an expertise in portfolio management, new business development, risk management as well as financial analysis. Mr. Clement served at various financial institutions as Senior Vice President/Director of C&I Lending.

Ms. Julie E. Holland has been Chief Risk Officer at Atlantic Stewardship Bank, Inc. since 2008 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Ms. Holland has been Senior Vice President of Stewardship Financial Corp. and Atlantic Stewardship Financial Bank since 2005 and Chief Risk Officer of Stewardship Financial Corp. and Atlantic Stewardship Financial Bank since 2008. Ms. Holland served as Treasurer of Stewardship Financial Corp. and Atlantic Stewardship Financial Bank since 1997. She served as Principal Financial Officer of Stewardship Financial Corp. until August 4, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Holland served as the Vice President of Accounting of Stewardship Financial Corp. from 1997 to 2005. Ms. Holland joined Atlantic Stewardship Financial Bank in 1994. She served as Senior Vice President of Stewardship Financial Corp. and also for its subsidiary Atlantic Stewardship Financial Bank since 2005 and Treasurer since 1997. She served as Vice President of Atlantic Stewardship Financial Bank from 1997 to 2005.
