At times, I can feel undervalued due to all of the workload. What would make me feel better about the compensation would be getting what is deserved for all the work that's actually being done.

I'm really happy with the work I've been doing at StubHub - our entire organization has a great, strategic vision for what's upcoming, while also ensuring that our existing product / company remain successful. The team is also full of incredibly smart, driven, and humble people, which is great.

Being relatively new, I'm still getting acclimated. With that said it appears to be a role with a tremendous upside for compensation & reward, and a great time to join with an exciting rebranding initiative.
