Before Toys R Us, Ms. Harnisch was a Merchandise and Planning Manager at Ann Taylor Inc. from 1997 to 2002. She also has held positions as a portfolio manager at ABN AMRO N.V. and a business analyst for Liz Claiborne, Inc. She was named Wonder Woman of the Year in the retail category by the Women in Toys organization in 2011. Ms. Harnisch earned an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.S. from Georgetown University.

He served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Sales at Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. He joined Dorel Juvenile Group in 1997, and works closely with Dorel's global retail partners. Under his leadership, Dorel has earned numerous awards, including Wal-Mart's prestigious Vendor of the Year honor. In addition, he oversees product development for all brands and business units.
