Mr. Art Gehr has been Chief Product Officer of Summer Infant, Inc. since December 05, 2016. Prior to joining Summer Infant, Mr. Gehr served as General Manager at Nuna Baby Essentials, Inc. Prior to joining Nuna Baby, Mr. Gehr spent 16 years with Graco Children's Products, where he served in roles of increasing responsibility, including Research and Development Project Designer, International Product Manager, Director of Strategic Partnerships, culminating in the positions of Director of Marketing - North America, Director of Marketing ??? Europe and Business Manager ??? Pennsylvania.

Ms. Lisa Harnisch has been the Senior Vice President of Sales at Summer Infant, Inc. since November 3, 2014. Ms. Harnisch joined Summer Infant from Toys R Us, Inc. where she served as Senior Vice President/General Merchandise Manager. Prior to joining Summer Infant, Ms. Harnisch was with Toys R Us, Inc. for 12 years. She joined Toys R Us in 2002 as a buyer and held roles of increasing responsibility since that time. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President/General Merchandise Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing all merchandising decisions, negotiations with manufacturers and driving the business to achieve corporate strategic goals for the Toys R Us's toy division. Before Toys R Us, Ms. Harnisch was a Merchandise and Planning Manager at Ann Taylor Inc. from 1997 to 2002. She also has held positions as a portfolio manager at ABN AMRO N.V. and a business analyst for Liz Claiborne, Inc. She was named Wonder Woman of the Year in the retail category by the Women in Toys organization in 2011. Ms. Harnisch earned an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.S. from Georgetown University.

Mr. Ted Kelley has been Senior Vice President of Global Sales of Summer Infant, Inc. since July 7, 2015. Mr. Kelley has more than 20 years??? experience in sales and financial analysis, with keen insight to juvenile product trends. He served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Sales at Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. He joined Dorel Juvenile Group in 1997, and works closely with Dorel's global retail partners. Under his leadership, Dorel has earned numerous awards, including Wal-Mart's prestigious Vendor of the Year honor. In addition, he oversees product development for all brands and business units. He captained the Boston College Eagles??? basketball team and continues to be an avid sports fan. Mr. Kelley is a graduate of Boston College, with a B.S. in communications.

Mr. William E. Mote, Jr., has been Chief Financial Officer at Summer Infant, Inc. since November 10, 2014. Prior to joining Summer Infant, from February 2013 to November 2014, Mr. Mote served as Chief Financial Officer of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, where he was responsible for all financial operations of the Sovereign Nation. From January 2010 to February 2013, Mr. Mote was Executive Vice President of Finance at Jakks Pacific, a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products that feature popular brands and children's toy licenses, where he was a member of the executive team in charge of worldwide financial operations. Prior to joining Jakks Pacific, Mr. Mote was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Easton-Bell Sports from 2005 to 2010, where he was responsible for worldwide financial planning and analysis and strategic planning. Mr. Mote spent five years working in various global finance positions with increasing responsibility at Hewlett-Packard Company beginning in 2000. Mr. Mote is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
